Finally we’re back to a face-to-face AGM’s after 2 years of virtual events.

We’re ready to celebrate another year of Chester Round Table and look forward to welcoming in the new team for Chester 2022/23 and seeing their plans for the year ahead.

Join us for a boat party at the aboard the Mark Twain showboat. We will have a sail time of 3 hours will be perfect for a lovely spring evening!

For those looking to start early we can meet at the Boathouse 18:45 onwards before heading to the jetty to meet everyone else and board no later than 19:25.

On board we will have will presenting the AGM and working through the Agenda. We will have access to a screen and a microphone so you should be able to see at least presenter or a screen and you will definitely hear us.

Food & Drink
Food will be an Admiral’s BBQ which will be cooked fresh and picket up on route from the river banks. It is included in the ticket price.

Our caterers can accommodate most dietary requirements but it is
essential that you tell us your needs at least a week before your cruise

Reception drinks will be included on boarding.

We have a fully stocked bars onboard, serving wines, beers, ciders, spirits, soft drinks, and hot drinks. The cost of charter includes friendly bar staff to serve. If you wish to bring a bottle with you, you can and they will be chilled and served for you, however corkage charges apply.
